Our story begins with our founder, Valéria Guimarães, a woman from the interior of Goiás, Brazil, who has always known how to transform simplicity into incredible flavor. For Valéria, cooking is more than a skill; it’s her passion and her way of delivering love, quality, and confidence to others.

Valéria’s journey is one of resilience and entrepreneurship. After exploring many paths, she found her true calling in the kitchen, a place where she could use her talents to serve people. She created Kazaero with a dream: to build a brand that delivers more than just food, but also delivers a feeling of comfort, care, and heartfelt quality.

Today, from our home here in Alpharetta, Georgia, Valéria brings the authentic tastes of her Brazilian heritage to our community. It all started with our signature pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread), a gluten-free, handmade snack crafted from a traditional recipe. Each bite is a testament to our promise of using real, quality ingredients to make food that is both delicious and trustworthy.
